This storage facility is GREAT!!! So safe, and after Hurricane Helene, I thought for sure that my Dad’s art would be ruined. NOT AT ALL!!! The storage unit was clean and dry!!!!😊 I’d never consider using another! They are the absolute best!!!
Very nice to deal with. Had a leak in my unit and they have done everything to fix the problem. Very happy! I will say the insurance company they use leave something to be desired. A month later and I’m still trying to file a claim with them. But ModBox is awesome and a great place to use⭐️
Sad to see the lack of personal contact since the ownership changed. Prices went up, customer service went down. And, prices have continued to increase consistently. I would not rent there now, for the price I am paying.
This was an easy experience. I drove to the location and found that there was no attendant on duty... but by merely scanning a QR code and calling an agent, I was good to go in only about 30 minutes total investment of time. Email and phone follow-ups from the company got everything squared away. Excellent.
This place is terrific. I loved being able to move in to a storage space online. The process was easy and extremely convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone.
