Modbox has generally been easy to navigate. Customer Service is ALWAYS professional, helpful, and courteous. My biggest consistent issue -over the past 2-3 years- has been problems with logging in to my account to pay my bills. I also rent two units, and I struggled a lot with providing my copy of my property insurance declarations page as requested. I was exhausted trying to do something that should have been easy. This storage facility is GREAT!!! So safe, and after Hurricane Helene, I thought for sure that my Dad’s art would be ruined. NOT AT ALL!!! The storage unit was clean and dry!!!!😊 I’d never consider using another! They are the absolute best!!!
Wonderful location and ease of access. The property is well maintained and we love knowing our belongings are safe. I highly recommend!
Very nice to deal with. Had a leak in my unit and they have done everything to fix the problem. Very happy! I will say the insurance company they use leave something to be desired. A month later and I’m still trying to file a claim with them. But ModBox is awesome and a great place to use⭐️
