This was an easy experience. I drove to the location and found that there was no attendant on duty... but by merely scanning a QR code and calling an agent, I was good to go in only about 30 minutes total investment of time. Email and phone follow-ups from the company got everything squared away. Excellent.
This place is terrific. I loved being able to move in to a storage space online. The process was easy and extremely convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Loving This Place So Far! Just started using but it's easy entry. Affordable, &Great access to home for me. The only complaints I have are: I work early & it's only accessible after 5am AND I drive a long truck&trailer so the facility is a little tight BUT there are work arounds! Overall, Great Place 4*
Was a hurricane Helena victim and needed a new storage unit asap..found Mod box and rented my new unit within a few minutes all on my phone and was unloading my truck in my super clean new space..was so easy ..so impressed and happy I found them
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT KIDDING. I just had a unit broken into, with everything of value stolen. I've been told that I am not the only one. The company did not alert current tenants of other thefts or give warnings. I called the company and filed a police report--the company said that they could not give me the video of the two video cameras pointed toward my unit, but they would give the recordings to the police. The police called and were told this facility, which is unmanned, does not record video but only has "live view"... read more
