Securing a unit at this facility was so simple. Was probably the easiest time I’ve ever had getting a storage unit. It’s always clean when I go to my unit and have not noticed any leaves or water slipping under the door like I’ve had happen at previous places.
The representative that that helped me to rent the unit was great. She walked me through every step of feeling out all of my information. She stayed on the phone with me and was so pleasant and had a lot of patience with me without complaining that I was taking to long because I didn't understand how to do the e sign. The company is a great place to rent a storage. And I can't say enough of the good and caring person that helped me.
ModBox provides safe, clean, efficient storage solutions at reasonable prices. Their customer service is top notch and satisfied customers are clearly a priority.
