Modbox has been great since the beginning And we continue to be there with Two unit units to this very day. It’s always clean, never trashy. You have a 24 hour access with your password through the security fence. The area is graded great for water runoff. They even have security cameras.
Lot is easily accessible and runway up to RV parking is g generously wide making back in easy. Even for a novice. Weed maintenance could be better. There are time I have to navigate a thorny bush to get around the back of my RV though. Overall it is a good site with okay drainage (no floods during heavy rains). No trees so there is no threat of damage or pesky sap to deal with.
Securing a unit at this facility was so simple. Was probably the easiest time I’ve ever had getting a storage unit. It’s always clean when I go to my unit and have not noticed any leaves or water slipping under the door like I’ve had happen at previous places.
Within 20 minutes if talking to ask associate, I had my storage unit ready to move into. When we arrived, the unit was very secure and clean. The price was very reasonable... Thanks ModBox
