The representative that that helped me to rent the unit was great. She walked me through every step of feeling out all of my information. She stayed on the phone with me and was so pleasant and had a lot of patience with me without complaining that I was taking to long because I didn't understand how to do the e sign. The company is a great place to rent a storage. And I can't say enough of the good and caring person that helped me.

I ran into an unexpected moving glitch on a Sunday afternoon. Within an hour, I was loading stuff into a unit. Staff were courteous, efficient, and friendly throughout.

ModBox Storage is fantastic!! We needed space for storage as we await the completion of construction work. The staff at ModBox was helpful and cordial and we would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

I never left the previous review evidently they put in their own. I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to reach them. I received payment reminder when I was on automatic payment, days after it was due. Evidently they didn't handle my automatic payment properly. I never gotten in touch with anyone because they constantly hung up on me saying that their mailbox was full. No one ever answered. I had my storage unit here for 3 years and had a great experience. Never had any issues or damage to any of my things being stored. Great location, easily accessible, super easy to pay with it being deducted from my account on the 1st of each month. Overall a great experience and great and prompt customer service too.
