I ran into an unexpected moving glitch on a Sunday afternoon. Within an hour, I was loading stuff into a unit. Staff were courteous, efficient, and friendly throughout.
ModBox Storage is fantastic!! We needed space for storage as we await the completion of construction work. The staff at ModBox was helpful and cordial and we would not hesitate to utilize their services again.
I never left the previous review evidently they put in their own. I've been on the phone for over an hour trying to reach them. I received payment reminder when I was on automatic payment, days after it was due. Evidently they didn't handle my automatic payment properly. I never gotten in touch with anyone because they constantly hung up on me saying that their mailbox was full. No one ever answered. Good communication, flexibility with my needs, and prompt resolution of an issue caused by another tenant. Very good security and maintenance.
I had my storage unit here for 3 years and had a great experience. Never had any issues or damage to any of my things being stored. Great location, easily accessible, super easy to pay with it being deducted from my account on the 1st of each month. Overall a great experience and great and prompt customer service too.
