We have a tiny house from MBS and are still (3 years later) very pleased with it. There is good attention to detail, for example, using stainless screws where others might've saved a few cents and gone with zinc. Since buying the place we've been in contact with the team about some extras/tweaks and they've always been quick to help (and to sort things). If I was buying another tiny house I'd only go to MBS.

We looked at quite a few companies and settled on Modernbuild, and from the outset they were great, and assisted us all the way through the process including all the consents and engineering reports. The proactive communication and can do attitude was great with Rebecca and Holly nothing was a problem. Could not speak more highly of the customer service and the end result we were very happy with.

Modern Building Solutions Ltd were a pleasure to work with when it came to increasing the size and capacity of a Kitchen in one of the buildings we purchased from them. The whole process was super easy, and they were able to turn my rough drawing into the exact modification we needed which now looks great. The communication was excellent, and the price to do it all was what we were looking for. I would gladly use them again.

I love my stylish bright little unit; Katrina was great as Project Manager but there were some glitches: 1. I was really disappointed at the narrow range of choice for carpet and tiles and benches so I chose to leave the tiles and carpet out of the contracted build and chose and installed them myself. However, it wasn't explained to me that this would impact on the Certificate of Compliance nor that the door between the kitchen and the bathroom and the toilet would need to be removed to do the tiling. 2.
