Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend Modern Dental. My recent experience was disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, it was clear that the dentist may be lacking in expertise or perhaps should consider retirement. Despite having no prior issues with a tooth, I was told it needed a filling repair, which raised doubts about the diagnosis. Regrettably, I proceeded with the procedure. I had a rather large old filling fall out of my tooth. Modern Dental got me in the chair same day to see what they could do, gave me their plan, and I went in again the next day to get it extracted. I was taken care of by Dr. Brown, Destiny, and Stacy. They answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything that they would do, why they do it, and there were no surprises. One of the best phone experiences I’ve ever had, the young lady was so pleasant and positive! If the customer service experience is that impressive with the executive admin, I can only imagine how good is it in person! No wonder you guys are booked up for the next 4 months 🔥
I’d personally avoid it… I never post reviews but I just want people to be aware before making their decision because I was thrown off. I’ll start by saying that the staff was really nice but it seems that there are some operational issues going on. My biggest concern: -After I filled out my new client paperwork and sat in the chair to get started, the dental hygienist let me know that the doctor wasn’t actually in the office today.
