Joe did an outstanding job from the get go with an immediate and thorough response. He set up a call with me where I described the work I needed done and he arrived within the time period he said he would. I needed my roof re-patched due to a satellite dish being removed a couple years back. I had it patched in the past, but wanted a professional to verify and re-patch if necessary based on the fact that the patching looked to be wearing out a bit.
