Well , I would like to describe my experiences as very pleasant. I arrived and was greeted by a woman receptionist who was very courteous and kind at the window. I also met the assistant, His name was Alex , who was an absolutely wonderful young man. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very polite and thorough with his examination. When I left , I was so relieved to hear my results. I would definitely Recommend Evolve Health- foot and ankle. Thank you. Respectful Maria Montalvo

The office staff is polite and personable. The physician was professional and personable. He advised me as to what to expect and educated me regarding the plan of care. I brought my mother in law to the same physician a few months ago and she was very satisfied. Her care was what made me think it was time I had an exam of my foot issue that I had been ignoring for months. Dr Shah

Dr Haaksma is truly one of a kind. Not only is his bedside manner superb, but he also obviously has the medical and surgical skills to treat my complex foot conditions from extensive athletic injuries. If only he could also operate on my bad hip. He’s definitely one of my favorite doctors ever. On another note, it gives me great comfort having a both a Christian doctor and one who also takes care of himself.
