The office staff is polite and personable. The physician was professional and personable. He advised me as to what to expect and educated me regarding the plan of care. I brought my mother in law to the same physician a few months ago and she was very satisfied. Her care was what made me think it was time I had an exam of my foot issue that I had been ignoring for months. Dr Shah

This was from the Wesley Chapel location * I cannot express enough gratitude for the care my son, Liam, received from Dr. Prutch. Easy location. Staff is excellent: friendly, attentive & helpful. Dr. Prutch was fabulous. This is my third visit. She listens, accessed, and provided excellent treatment. So far, it is been a wonderful experience. Dr Putch also gave me the full treatment plan and why. She also discussed choices, as well as treatment plan for future, in the event the pain returned. I highly recommend Dr. Prutch.

I had an excellent visit with my foot doctor today. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the thorough care, kindness, and expertise. I left feeling reassured and confident about my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable foot specialist.

Took my daughter here. The doctor is very friendly and so is her nurse. But I take issue with two things: they used some lab I've never heard of which resulted in $1,074 in out of pocket costs (and I have great insurance). They never told me which lab they use or maybe I had no choice in the matter. And second they made us come in for an office visit just to tell us lab results. It's an opportunity for them to collect an office copay and I have to miss work.
