Dr. Haaksma is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I've ever had. It's rare to find a physician who is both highly skilled and genuinely easy to talk to. He's professional yet personable, knowledgeable yet down-to-earth, and always takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Well , I would like to describe my experiences as very pleasant. I arrived and was greeted by a woman receptionist who was very courteous and kind at the window. I also met the assistant, His name was Alex , who was an absolutely wonderful young man. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very polite and thorough with his examination. Dr Haaksma is truly one of a kind. Not only is his bedside manner superb, but he also obviously has the medical and surgical skills to treat my complex foot conditions from extensive athletic injuries. If only he could also operate on my bad hip. He’s definitely one of my favorite doctors ever. On another note, it gives me great comfort having a both a Christian doctor and one who also takes care of himself. “I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Ketan Mehta and the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. The doctor was not only very helpful but also really knowledgeable and super punctual—I was in and out quickly without any hassle. I highly recommend them!”
Their offsite billing is ridiculous. There is no option to speak to a person- you leave a message and someone is supposed to call you back within three days. I have left multiple messages, and no one responds. I recently wrote a letter. I’m not the only one who has had these issues, go to yelp and read reviews about their billing practices. If you’re going to require people to pay upfront, either make certain you’re charging the correct amount per insurance contracts, or have a reasonable system to issue refunds. Once ... read more
