We had our AC go out during the hottest part of the summer. American Home Shield assigned the work order to Modern and we could not be happier with their service. Everyone from Nick in the font office to our two techs Keagan and Sam were awesome. They not only answered every question but physically showed us what was wrong with pictures and the solutions. Modern did a fantastic job. Corbin is an excellent salesman, he performed all the calculations other salespeople refused to do and designed a system perfectly sized for our house. The install team worked quickly and carefully and had our whole system setup and working by 4 in the afternoon. We couldn’t be more happy with our heat pump system and would recommend them to anyone.

Had an awesome experience start to finish. You always worry when you need to hire a plumber. But from talking with Corbin, to the office staff or Crystal and Naomi, and then the plumbers Lake and Will it was great. And the owner, Jake, is just a good guy with an amazing team.
