I had a great experience with Modern Heating & Air. Their team, including the folks who helped with scheduling, were all very friendly and helpful and worked with my needs. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained his work, but I had to hop on a work call while he finished up. He was quick and efficient. We ordered a furnace and a/c unit through the Home Depot sales company, and Modern came out and did the install. Josh and Braden (sp?) were great! Despite my dogs barking and being dogs, they were very efficient and friendly all around. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any install or service work.
Aside from being extremely knowledgeable in their field, six of the individuals I have worked with so far, were very friendly and professional. Their rates are reasonable and my company plans to use Modern in many more projects in the future. I also used them in my personal house to fix boiler problems I was experiencing. American Home Shield assigned Modern to replace my furnace and AC. I questioned their ability and pricing. I performed a competitive analysis on the pricing and vetted out their abilities with local HVAC techs. They checked out enough to allow AHS to use them to perform my equipment replacement. The Modern team was so responsive! They communicated very well and advocated for me. I had a very old system, so when multiple parts needed a cascade of repairs they kept coming back. They also set me up with a unique temporary repair that allowed me to stay comfortable while I waited for a new system to go through with my warranty. I am so impressed by their commitment, knowledge and service!!
