I've always had great experiences with Modern Heating and Air and have recommended the company to my friends when the need your services. We just had our new Daikin air conditioner installed but have not had the opportunity to use it yet. The exterior unit is much lighter than the one it replaced, and it is not secured to the platform it sits on. We are concerned that it may be damaged in heavy winds. Do you cover this?
Modern Heating and Air has been helping us keep our aging HVAC equipment in good working order for the last year. 5 stars for Jordan, Bryce and Jackson for their diligence and problem-solving skills that solved issues other companies could not. Our furnace went out and we scheduled an appointment with Modern Heating and Cooling. They came right out and were very professional. The day of installation on our new furnace It’s was Sam and Josh who installed it. They BOTH were diligent and very knowledgeable about the process and system. They were on time and got the install done in a timely manner. Max and Trevor replaced a water heater for us the morning after we came home from a weekend away to a leaking tank and no hot water! They called on their way and kept us informed throughout the process. Very courteous and polite and were super clean getting the old one out as well.
