MLR is the epitome of Ithaca rental agencies/landlords that take advantage of students and treat them horribly. APARTMENT From the first moment I walked into the apartment (308 E. Treena is incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind! In a tight window for securing a rental, she was quick to respond and able to match me with roommates. She certainly has each renter's best interest at heart while balancing everyone's needs. I am so grateful for her diligence & hard work!
I have been very happy with my experience with MLR during my time in Ithaca so far. We rented from them coming from out of state without knowing much about the area, and the apartment was in good condition and clean when we moved in. They have been responsive to any issues we have had and have been really great with communication throughout the process of the lease. Just moved into our six-bedroom unit at 200 Highland Ave and we are so pleased with the quality of the renovation and attention to detail. Of particular note was the incredibly warm reception by Steve and his staff. Steve made sure that all of our knees were tended to and even helped shuttle some of my belongings from the vehicle to the home - What a guy!
