I’ve had such a positive experience renting with this company. The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff were always professional, responsive, and willing to help with any questions. The property was well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Living here has been stress-free, which is rare for student housing. I’d definitely recommend them to any college student looking for reliable and comfortable housing in Ithaca. Treena has been great!

I had a truly great experience working with Modern Living Rentals. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for, making the whole process quick and smooth. While some of the buildings keep their historic look on the outside, the interiors are beautifully updated. Anytime I had questions or needed help, Jess, Steve and the crew were super responsive and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Ithaca!

I visited the two properties on Highland Ave this month and Lori showed my mom and I around. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful with info about the local area. She is very friendly and informative. I signed a lease to live at one of the properties next year and recommended Lori to a fellow student looking for accommodation as well.

Lori is a wonderful leasing specialist and has been incredibly helpful in my house hunting journey. Initially, I came to Modern Living Rentals to secure a listing I saw online, however after realising that it was already unavailable, Lori kindly showed me other alternative properties. All of which were more central and with lower monthly rent. She was also very helpful with administrative processes, answering all my questions in a timely manner and accommodating to my needs.
