This laundromat is absolutely amazing and the staff are very friendly and they do an outstanding job excellent customer service from every one that I encountered here today I would like to give a special thank you to Aida. She went above and beyond to help me and she took the time to explain how things work since I was unfamiliar and this was me and my husband's first time please please give her a promotion she definitely deserves it. I walked into the Hamilton location laundry mat this evening and right away I was impressed. I asked one of the attendants for help with all that I needed to do. I found out her name was Aida she was very welcoming. She assisted me knowing it was my first time. She was very pleasant helpful and made me feel welcomed. I assure her that I would definitely return and share this location with others. Definitely will return to this beautiful clean location. When I went to find Aida she was busy assisting another family.
I love coming here all the time. Always very clean. Very friendly and Magaly always assists me. Such a warm and inviting environment. My clothes are always clean and dry good! They always have good deals, sometimes free soaps or carry bags. Sometimes they give you extra $ on the card after you put in a certain amount. I recommend coming here to wash clothes.
Place is always clean, organized, and the machines actually work really well. It’s a comfortable spot to do laundry never too crowded and everything feels taken care of. The staff is friendly too, especially Diana she’s always around making sure everything runs smooth
Aileen was amazing very helpful and grateful we got a 20 dollar bonus and a free bag very cool inside too thank god cause it was very hot out over all great experience consider me a returning customer!
