We heard that there’s a new cafe and our family decided to have our brunch here. Since this place is new, I/We hope that the owner will find this review well as it is coming from a good place. The food was great, but the service needs some work. We walked in at 12:45pm on a Sunday, and for being Mother's Day, it was still not too busy. We ordered our food within 5 minutes of being there which was great. Our coffee and cold drink arrived about 5 minutes after ordering, then 1 set of cutlery followed about 5 minutes later. First time for my partner and I and we loved it. The kai was amazing, especially the french toast. Service was great and we didnt wait long for our kai to show up. Will definitely be coming back to try other things!
We had 2 lattes & caramel & oat slices (sorry couldn't remember the nuts in it), they were very yummy, enjoyed our lattes too.
Food was okay, not great. Ordered a side order of hashbrowns and scrambled eggs for my baby. Hashbrowns were so soaked in oil that they were actually more like oily potato chunks 😂 I asked for it in a take away container as babies can be temperamental and the container itself was soaked through before we even departed. **the highchairs are not suitable for babies under 1 I feel. They do not have a bench/ table part of a usual highchairs and it is intended that the child eat from the table like everyone else.
