The office staff has NO customer service skills, they ALWAYS have nasty attitudes when calling or going into the office! 👎🏾 I’d ONLY recommend this place BECAUSE it’s “rent based”, other then that theirs nothing nice about them! Prepare to be hung up on! Honestly, My experience has been terrible! I’ve been on the waiting list for going on 2 years now. I’ve yet received a call about my application status; NOTHING! I also tried updating my information and the refused to let me do so; 😡 ... Good luck!
