During our option period on a new house, we had Ryan and Buck come to a property to check for hidden water damage (through detecting mold growth). We were very happy with their inspection, but it wasn’t until we had purchased the home and moved in that we were able to confirm that Buck had indeed identified hard-to-find water damage. If you are experiencing Mold in your home, I highly recommend Mold Dog. Their personal is exceptional and made the experience so easy. The dog handler is very personable and professional. Xia, the dog who did our exam is so great. She really goes to work finding the mold areas. It gave us a great start to remediation. The whole process was well worth the money we spent.
So grateful for Xia and the entire mold dog knows team. Everything went super smooth, starting with my intro call with Bett, she was able to answer all of my questions and get us scheduled very. Our old house had mold all throughout it and we didn’t find out until one day our ceiling caved in. We were blessed enough to be able to move to a new home.
