The whole Mold Dog Team was excellent. I really appreciated my 20 minute phone consultation with Beth. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Please do not skip this review!!!!!! What a blessing this company is. I will be forever grateful to them. Their dog detected a ton of mold. The sellers did not disclose any water damage. Because of what the dog detected we spent time talking to the neighbors and found out the house had a major flood. Water was pouring out of the 2 story house while the owners were gone. My 20 minute consult with Beth went very well. She was very kind and helpful. I had many questions and she answered them all. She scheduled Julie for my inspection in a timely manner. I must say, Julie was awesome and so was her sweet K9, Eros! Julie was so thorough and professional in explaining what she was doing. Actually, she did a more comprehensive blue light check of my home than the mold inspector we hired and she and Eros spotted mold and water damage in places not found previously by the inspector. Loki is quite something! Loki and Dave are a dynamic duo. Dave brings a wealth of expertise to this role, and is authentically kind, focused, and thorough. Loki alerted us to mold in places we would not have thought to look, and confirmed the areas we suspected. Hiring a mold dog is an essential component of identifying hidden mold if you want to ensure nothing is missed. Human inspectors simply cannot find all spots. We are pleased with our experience and highly recommend Dave and Loki to anyone striving for answers.
I felt the dog and the handler did a good job with the Dog but I had to pay a considerable amount for all my square footage and it was explained to me bc the handler would investigate all the locations that the dog would not go.
