Such a great experience working with MDK. From the initial consult call with Beth, to the inspection by Stella (handler) and Tala. They were so knowledgeable on mold, constantly asked to ensure everything communicated was clear and also made sure all my questions had been answered. MDK was also very generous in their flexibility as I needed to reschedule multiple times in preparation for the inspection. Wherever my family and I live next, we’ll definitely have MDK perform an assessment prior to purchasing/renting!
Stella and Tala are my new superhero’s Watching them work together was so special and interesting! I wasn’t ever skeptical but didn’t understand the process- until I was watching. I really appreciated how thorough Stella was first and then the two different runs with Tala. I feel so much reassurance with this team and finally have a path forward! I’ve been sick for so long and can’t thank this team and Beth enough for helping us get answers SO fast. 10/10 this is the route you need to take!
I reached out to a few places to help figure out where our mold was. I was absolutely sure due to functional med tests for my daughter that this was triggered by mold. Beth was so thorough snd informative, that everyone else I called seemed so short. Please do not skip this review!!!!!! What a blessing this company is. I will be forever grateful to them. Their dog detected a ton of mold. The sellers did not disclose any water damage. Because of what the dog detected we spent time talking to the neighbors and found out the house had a major flood. Water was pouring out of the 2 story house while the owners were gone. I felt the dog and the handler did a good job with the Dog but I had to pay a considerable amount for all my square footage and it was explained to me bc the handler would investigate all the locations that the dog would not go. We had some places the dog could not go and I felt like the handler was not experienced enough and did not look enough in areas where the dog could not go( For the price we paid I would like a discounted price for not looking with an (expert Inspector) The handler was extremely nice and did great wit... read more
