During our option period on a new house, we had Ryan and Buck come to a property to check for hidden water damage (through detecting mold growth). We were very happy with their inspection, but it wasn’t until we had purchased the home and moved in that we were able to confirm that Buck had indeed identified hard-to-find water damage.
