After several months of my grandparents being sick in their home and multiple inspectors finding nothing, we were desperate for real answers. From the start Mold Dog Knows was clear, very kind, and very helpful. Watching the K9 team work was pretty cool. The handler and dog were spot on, took time to explain everything and they were very thorough. They found the mold hidden in the bathroom wall behind their bedroom. Very grateful! Would highly recommend this team!

The whole Mold Dog Team was excellent. I really appreciated my 20 minute phone consultation with Beth. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Loki is quite something! Loki and Dave are a dynamic duo. Dave brings a wealth of expertise to this role, and is authentically kind, focused, and thorough. Loki alerted us to mold in places we would not have thought to look, and confirmed the areas we suspected. Hiring a mold dog is an essential component of identifying hidden mold if you want to ensure nothing is missed. Human inspectors simply cannot find all spots. We are pleased with our experience and highly recommend Dave and Loki to anyone striving for answers.

First time home buyer here and ended up making an offer on a home that turned out to have water damage. The water damage was in a closet with a shower on the otherside of the wall. With that being said the seller was very opposed to doing invasive testing and drilling a hole in the wall for a core sample for a mold test. Loki was amazing and so adorable...and his handler Dave was awesome! They found mold that the professional assessment company completely missed (after paying them thousands of dollars). Loki came back after the bio-remediation company was "done" and found mold they missed (in the area Loki told them about)! I've been extremely ill for 5 years and can finally start the healing process. For the first time in years (and dealing with multiple mold companies) I am confident all the mold has been found, thanks to Loki and Dave!
