I had a very disappointing experience at Molding’s Plus Inc today while trying to get information and pricing for a Marvin sliding door. I was assisted by Marcus, and unfortunately I felt completely ignored. During my visit, he appeared more focused on texting and laughing on his phone than helping me. I expressed that I did not feel customers should be treated this way, and his response was, “You’re not my customer.” I also asked for a quote and was not provided one. I’m a project manager for a construction company, Marcus has been the guy who always goes out of his way to help me out. Professional costumer service, patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. If you need anything, I’d say ask for Marcus. He’ll take the time to get you everything you need.
