So the doc recommends an MRI which turns out positive and that I have a Torn Supraspinatus and Labrum (Classic rotator cuff) Injury. She prescribes PT. I call Molina who tells me there are no providers in the area and that I would need to drive 45 miles away to SLC. I remembered a facility that I had gone to before in Park City and the lady on the phone told me it was ok to go there and have them fill out an "out of network provider form." We did that. Fuck Molina Healthcare! You were my provider for 3 years, and all you did was steal my money. Over the course of 3 years I never used my insurance, all I did was pay my premiums on time. After giving your company almost $7,000 I got a letter in the mail last September informing me that you were no longer offering coverage in my area. I want some of my money back! I wish the worst for your company in the future, and I hope you all go to hell if there is one. With all due respect, Fuck You Molina Healthcare
