WORST COMPANY EVER! This company is a nightmare to deal with. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a straight answer about what they will pay, based on my plan, for a minor surgical procedure. I have gotten misinformation and conflicting information, and outright lies. At over $1,000 per month for healthcare premiums, there is absolutely no excuse for this amount of complete incompetence !!!
