On Wednesday at about 3pm it wasn't busy at all. When I walked in one person was being helped. There were maybe 4 employees around seemed like they were all putting product away. Only one person making sandwiches and he took his time with the person he was with. It took more 10 minutes to get my order in because someone who came in after me asked for a cup of water and the guy could find a cup so that added more of a delay. Wide variety of cold cuts, pastrami, salami, prosciutto, turkey and much more. Aged beef and a great choice of fresh and vintage cheeses. Take your time to choose from the menu as it is very rich and caters to all taste buds. We had a Luciano, a Turkey basil and a pastrami sandwich; all delicious! A must try . We always go back.

We stopped by Molinari Delicatessen after learning its the oldest Italian Deli on the West Coast. If you're a fan of deli sandwiches, I would most definitely make this a stop when in San Francisco. The mortadella sandwich is unlike any other!
This place is a classic italian deli. Got the luciano sandwich on focaccia and it slaps. Focacia was awesome, crusty and light. They heated up the sandwich but the veggies were not wilted! It just took a while to get your number called, over an hour. Place is charming and they know they got something good so why change.
