Hello Everyone ! My wife and I have stayed her for the past year. I would like to state that the ladies (Wendy and Ana) at the leasing office provide top tier customer service and are very welcoming. I have lived at various different apartments complex’s in California and these two by far meet the highest professional standard of service. The apartment is clean. TLDR Edit: I’ve edited my review back to 5 stars. They came to rectify my concerns, pictures attached and Noa’o I think, the engineer gentleman was amazing in fixing the washer and changing the liner. Thank you to the kind lady who cleaned the washer as well! Wendy came by to reassure me things would get taken care of and they were so I really do appreciate the help. One might wonder why the "Neighborhood" section of the gallery for this apartment complex uses a stock photo actually taken in Russia - oh wait, maybe it's because of the junkyard right across the street and completely unwalkable area surrounding the location. Don't be scammed by apartment complexes with huge numbers of 5-star reviews from people who just moved in. All these supposed "luxury" complexes beg for the reviews and your quality of living / service drops days within moving in after you leave your review. Most apar... read more
Initial Move-In Review: The leasing agents (Wendy and Ana) stayed past close to accommodate our chaotically fast move-in schedule (3 days from applying to picking up keys). Super helpful and accommodating! Only not so far is that we weren’t provided a move-in check form (the thing you use to check status of the apartment).
I've been living here for a about 5 weeks with my family and I just feel comfortable. At first, we didn't know where to stay due during the "department hunting" we have a lot of struggles to find a place to call home until we meet Evelyn at Momentum. I remember when I came there for the first time I felt nervous due my English was not enough to communicate with others but, despite of that, the manager always treat me as any other person and more.
