I normally don't make a review when it comes to apartment complexes, but out of all the places I've ever lived; I've never met a more humane, kind, forgiving and generous complex before until now. I recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn't be happier with my decision. The management team is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The maintenance staff deserves special mention—they do an outstanding job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. I've been living here for a about 5 weeks with my family and I just feel comfortable. At first, we didn't know where to stay due during the "department hunting" we have a lot of struggles to find a place to call home until we meet Evelyn at Momentum. I’ve been living in this apartment for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The place is always clean, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need. But what really sets this place apart is the management team, especially Donovan. Take into consideration that these reviews are of people who have only toured or just moved in. We just ended a 14 month lease here and it was not very enjoyable. To start things off, the main issue at this complex is cleanliness. The residents who live here are dirty, do not pickup after themselves, and let their kids destroy almost everything on this property.
