I was coming into Brainerd with my Freightliner Toter Home when the service light came on my 10 speed autoshift. It wouldn't shift any further than 5th gear. I dropped it off after hours. They did the diagnosis and called me before noon the following day. Ordered parts and had it ready to go by 3:00 the next business day. Incompetent is a understatement. Everything they work on they wreck. Only thing they are competent at is over charging for repairs they didn't do. Trucker beware
