They mean well, but med management has gone to crud. If we want to stay stable, we need reliable and accessible care. We are constantly going weeks without our medicines refilled because of issues with scheduling. Just schedule us, don't send us a message telling us to call in and then set the schedule. Have these people no concept of mental illness? The depressed, people with neurodivergence, we struggle with scheduling already. Why are you sending us a message to tell us to call back for a schedule? Just schedule us. My p... read more

I've been with Monarch for many years. I've dealt with a couple of different doctors and therapist. But until recently I was assigned to doctor who was the sweetest person I've met. She truly cared about my mental health now and in the past. She always strived to provide me with the best care possible even when I came across a medication that I had a terrible reaction to. I recommend monarch to anyone needing medication help who does or doesn’t have insurance. The practitioners take their time to talk about what is going on in my life and really understand how the medication is or isn’t working, askin... read more

Have to give a customer service 5-star call-out to Kalia (spell?) K. !! We arrived just a few minutes before closing asking to schedule an appointment, and she worked about 10 minutes late to set us up with follow-up care. Thank you! 😊

This agency refused to treat me based on my gender and their therapist broke the seal of confession by telling his co-workers my secrets! This agency doesn’t care if I kill myself and made my mental health worse off by refusing to treat me! I would not recommend them
