Once again sad due to another great provider moving on. It took me a while to open up and be truthful about some of my experiences that I was hiding. But it was worth it. I was put on the correct medicine. It was a night and day experience. I feel amazing after fighting myself for years. I was set up with an amazing therapist who is helping me understand my condition further than just scary warnings everyone says. I am very happy with Monarch and I love my new therapist Mrs. Chipman. When I moved from Charlotte to Millingport my therapist of many years retired and I was so heartbroken, I tried another therapist from the same office but wasn't happy with him, when I saw Albemarle had a Monarch I was so happy because I have used them in the past and I know what wonderful work they do! Ms. Spinks is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She’s dedicated to helping people and has changed my life. My doctor was great as well but she just left monarch but they got me a new doctor and he’s been great so far as well.
My care team at Monarch has been very helpful caring for my mental health, I had a few preexisting conditions and I learned I have been dealing with some other conditions, but I’ve been enjoying life a lot more now thanks to the treatment I’ve received here
