I've always received the best care at Monarch. The prescriptions for my medication have always been filled on time, and the counselors and prescribers are very kind and understanding.
Everything I’ve experienced about this service is absolutely horrific. Both times they scheduled me during their lunch hour and then looked at me like I was a criminal for showing up for my scheduled appointment. During my first very first appointment I need to use the restroom. I asked to use the restroom. I went to go use the restroom And then I tried to get back in and they looked at me like I was a criminal shook their head at me like absolutely not so I pointed the room that I was in for my meeting where my partner was ... read more
I LOVE 💚 the accessibility that Monarch has to help individuals, it's a blessing to get care when needed in a crisis, GOD BLESS ALL THOSE WHO RECEIVES THE FATHER, THE SON ( JESUS CHRIST) & THE HOLY SPIRIT, IN JESUS CHRIST NAME AMEN!!!
