My therapist, Mr. James Hunter, mental health services thru monarch, has been a god send. I look forward to my appts & I get to set up how often a month I get to zoom with him. when setting up ur appts, u can either have a zoom appt in your home or an in office appt, that will be on a tablet, provided by the office. You will also have the opportunity to see a psychiatrist, if needed, that will provide all your meds concerns or needs.
