The process was very easy to follow. I'm older an have a hard time doing everything online. An can't drive,to far an the virtual appointment was very fast. Everyone I talked to seemed very knowledgeable.
Amazing organization!! I have been with Monarch for several years regarding my mental health care and therapy. Very professional, accommodating, helpful and resourceful staff. Accepts many types of insurance including for low income households. If you need help, they are more than willing to work with you. My provider is kind and attentive and takes care of my needs. Highly recommend!!
I've been with Monarch for around 2 years. I've had a phenomenal experience. The therapist I originally was working with is no longer there, she was fantastic. But Dr. Latz always listens to me, and actually acts like a person. And very knowledgeable with no issues explaining things to me. I always feel like I'm accomplishing a better me each visit.
Denis Rono is the absolute Best. My wife is now more positive, more focused and patient. She uses her self help techniques taught by the doctor to help maneuver the tough tasks.
Joseph Kevitt: I was his patient for about a month. I was notified today, not by him he’s quitting in two weeks and he didn’t even have the decency to tell me himself. I recently relocated to NC so I was looking for a primary psychiatrist. He absolutely didn’t listen to me, didn’t acknowledge what I told him worked for me, and kept throwing different medications at me every week.
