The process was very easy to follow. I'm older an have a hard time doing everything online. An can't drive,to far an the virtual appointment was very fast. Everyone I talked to seemed very knowledgeable.
When the world seems to be overwhelming, I love the fact that I can vent without being judged. Also understanding I put no man before God but sometimes we just need a human ear to get some right now responses.
Amazing organization!! I have been with Monarch for several years regarding my mental health care and therapy. Very professional, accommodating, helpful and resourceful staff. Accepts many types of insurance including for low income households. If you need help, they are more than willing to work with you. My provider is kind and attentive and takes care of my needs. Highly recommend!!
I've been with Monarch for around 2 years. I've had a phenomenal experience. The therapist I originally was working with is no longer there, she was fantastic. But Dr. Latz always listens to me, and actually acts like a person. And very knowledgeable with no issues explaining things to me. I always feel like I'm accomplishing a better me each visit.
Dr. Rono has been a really great doctor he always helps me with everything that I need and I strongly would recommend.
