July 5, 2024, fantastic improvement over experience here two years ago. Very warmly welcomed by the front desk. Caringly screened by a nurse. Interviewed for current living conditions to provide public resource references. Thoroughly reviewed background and current personal conditions with a social worker. Finally, discussed medication needs virtually and received a prescription. Treated with professionalism and respect from beginning to end. In and out in 90 minutes.
This facility truly fills in the gaps in mental health care. I took my family member who was in acute mental distress but didn't need the ER. First the front office was extremely friendly male employee who took the time to point us yo the right side of the building. We were further greeted by the two most professional employees. Who understood the nuances of dealing with a person in crisis. From the moment we arrive at Monarch we were warmly greeted. This facility doesn't intensify the stress during a very stressful time.
I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. She was friendly and helped me to get checked in. Then I saw Louise, the nurse, who was professional, answered my questions and helped me to feel comfortable. Next I talked to the therapist. She was awesome! Very easy to talk to, gave me some great feedback, and made me feel better after she left. Lastly, I saw the nurse practionier who was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. I received some paperwork reviewing my visit and anxiety meds were called... read more
My experience in no way reflected the other negative reviews here. I walked in on a weekday, filled out my paperwork, and waited less than 10 minutes to be called back by a nurse. I saw the nurse, therapist, and PA (all in person) and was out the door on my way in a little over an hour. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, as was everyone else I interacted with. I’ve found my online experience via telehealth to also be streamlined and effective.
Went to this location to be seen for my mental health at the recommendation of my psychologist. She recommended me to a different location, however, they referred me to Monarch because they accepted my insurance. However, I will never be returning and I hope I can tell other potential patients to turn away too. Arrived with my fiancé to get some help with medication management. When we arrived there was an ambulance in the parking lot and a police car. We didn’t think much of it and walked to the front doors where a gentlem... read more
