My son, Jon, a 46 year old dx with schizophrenia was calling in every month to help with his extreme anxiety. He was given multiple meds over the phone, with a mix of therapists. He was Never seen by a therapist. He died on 7/11/24, a horrible death and I blame, in part Monarch for incompetence and a careless attitude about Jon.
