We had a great experience with Monarch Construction & Roofing. We had a lot of stucco and stone repair that needed done to our house. Originally I had trouble even getting companies to call me back to get me a quote. It was refreshing to work with Monarch with their responsiveness and clear communication. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they provide great service and work. I recently had my siding replaced by Monarch. I had been looking around for a good price and a company that respected my time. Joe and Brandon were very helpful in explaining what was going on and in helping me choose the colors and design for my house. Joe explained the work they would have to do and he was able to take care of the broken deck that used to be in the back, something I had been also looking to get removed and replaced. Can’t recommend Monarch enough. During a home addition build, our exterior contractor recommended Monarch to install a specialty metal roof we wanted over our porch.
