Can’t recommend Monarch enough. During a home addition build, our exterior contractor recommended Monarch to install a specialty metal roof we wanted over our porch. While the initial quote won them the bid, I was extremely impressed with the level of communication, knowledge, consideration for other aspects of our project and just general friendliness of both the contractor and their subs. I recently had my siding replaced by Monarch. I had been looking around for a good price and a company that respected my time. Joe and Brandon were very helpful in explaining what was going on and in helping me choose the colors and design for my house. Joe explained the work they would have to do and he was able to take care of the broken deck that used to be in the back, something I had been also looking to get removed and replaced. We first had our roof and gutters replaced, followed by a full exterior paint project, and the transformation has been incredible. I wish I can give this company more than a five star review. We were blown away by their professionalism and the incredible craftsmanship of their work. We contacted Monarch Construction because we had rotted pieces of siding and holes in our new house that we just purchased. We were looking to do a full siding replacement.
