Very nice dentists and staff Great hygienist! Felt very relaxed The dentist and hygienist explains everything to you ,very considerate, Enjoyed there sense of humor with me ! I would highly recommend monarch to all my friends, co workers and family members. Cg
The people are very capable and polite. My only complain was the time it took to perform my procedure. My appointment was at 8:30 AM and I expected to be out of there by 10:30 but they were not done until almost 1:00 PM. It's apparent they don't have enough people working and my dentist was working in 3 or 4 stations simultaneously. That is too much.
Overall good staff, but not enough people. My first visit was okay.
I have been going to Monarch Dental for years and recommend this office to anyone seeking professional and friendly staff. Just went yesterday for first of year cleaning. Received all the information and prices i will need for fillings, crowns, etc. so that i have the time to decide what needs to be done first and schedule an appointment.
Dr Murray was great and explained the treatment I need to resolve my toothache. Service was good by all staff members.
Everyone at Burleson Monarch Dental is so friendly and helpful!! It is a positive experience!!!
The staff is amazing. The ladys at the front are polite and professional. Mary and Dr. Murray are caring and explain things exceptionally well.
