Our clinic had some old flies on carpet that ended up being a nightmare to get rid of. Our dreams of becoming expert vinyl plank DIY’ers got dashed. And we had to call the professionals. 2800 feet of glue removed. Floor laid and they were in and out incredibly fast. The place looks beautiful and we are so genuinely thankful for the men that came out and did this to help us. Thank you Monarch!
Monarch was recommended to us by another business when we were shopping for flooring for a new to us home. We were greeted right away by a friendly team member and introduced to Sheri, one of the flooring experts. Sheri answered all of our many, many questions. One of there salesmen stormed into my Edmonton location "kings flooring" and accused the staff of stealing (which is a lie). He also was telling them they are all stupid and swearing at them. As the owner I went to there location to serve notice to tell the salesman and the person at the desk that this person is banned from all our Konig locations and got same response. Sheri Robinson helped us with selecting the flooring. She was excellent to work with. Linden installed our carpet. He did a great job. He was friendly and courteous! We will use Monarch next time and ask for Linden to install our next carpet replacement project. Well done to Monarch!!!
The flooring was nice at a decent price. But the delivery was not a delivery,but a drop off. The delivery delivery Antonio and his partner were very nicebut they were not given proper equipment to get the delivery through a door of a condo with an elevator. My review is not directed at them. Thus I ,a senior with the flu had to load and carry the heavy product upstairs myself to two apartments .
