Warm, kindhearted, and very competent describes the practice of Dr. Neil and his staff. I have had a lifetime of dental difficulties and fear of dental work. These guys really helped me to get over that and they do beautiful work. Even if you're coming in for something serious, it feels so much better to be surrounded by people who really care. Dr Neil, Charleen, Karen, Freddy, Tatsiana and Andrea are all outstanding. The entire experience they all go above and beyond, from the moment you walk in until the time you leave they make you feel very comfortable. Everyone greets you with a smile. Dr Neil explains everything in detail so you understand what is happening. I highly recommend Mondovi Dental.
The entire staff in this office is amazing!. Dr. Neil is a good listener and ensures you are comfortable during your visit, as is his assistant. I am so glad I chose Mondovi as my dental care home.
Always a great experience at Mondovi! Excellent clinical care in a wonderfully caring and compassionate setting. Dr. Neil is amazing, as are Charleen, Terry, Tatsiana, Karen, Freddy, and everyone else on staff. This was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I was 15 minutes late, due to unforeseen circumstances, and understood it was my fault, so I was prepared to be turned away. However, the way she snapped at me, with an irritated look and an angry tone, was far from professional. A simple, courteous explanation would have been more appropriate. A simple "I am sorry, we cannot receive you" would have sufficed instead of popping eyes, raised brows, and condescending attitude. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
