My visit was for a cleaning. Everything was great, EXCEPT your phone system. I could not speak with anyone. You really should update that system. I had to go to the office to set up an appointment. That's crazy. Otherwise, my cleaning with Tatiana was well done!
Warm, kindhearted, and very competent describes the practice of Dr. Neil and his staff. I have had a lifetime of dental difficulties and fear of dental work. These guys really helped me to get over that and they do beautiful work. Even if you're coming in for something serious, it feels so much better to be surrounded by people who really care. I’ve been coming to Mondovi dental for about a year and I always receive amazing service with a smile. The whole office knows me by name, and they are very knowledgeable and great at explaining exactly what’s going on with my teeth. I love coming here.
They provided excellent care and dental work. What really gives them a five star rating is the help with any billing issues and the availability of staff.
Dr Neil, Charleen, Karen, Freddy, Tatsiana and Andrea are all outstanding. The entire experience they all go above and beyond, from the moment you walk in until the time you leave they make you feel very comfortable. Everyone greets you with a smile. Dr Neil explains everything in detail so you understand what is happening. I highly recommend Mondovi Dental.
