Monica Davis and team did a wonderful job of getting me the right loan on the right house. My home buying experience was atypical yet she was able to adjust and maintain in a situation that my first mortgage company failed. I switched to Guild after my completely inept original loan officer caused me to lose a house due to stupidity and ineptitude. Monica had no issues and was very good at keeping me in the loop. As first time home buyers, we went to Guild mortgage because a friend worked for them and they came highly recommended. After our first loan officer kept losing paperwork, we complained and asked for a new officer. Monica was his supervisor and she assigned a new officer to our case. After our loan was completed and we closed, I sent her and a few other people a thank you email.
