There was an avoidable complication that caused a time crunch, but it was from both my side and their side. I would still recommend Guaranteed Rate Affinity because of the dedication and extremely hard working staff. They worked very hard to fix issues that came up and still was able to give me exactly/very close to what I was asking for. Not that she was able to get us close to our current 2.25 interest rate but Monica heard through a mutual friend that I We were getting taken to the cleaners by another lender and not being treated respectfully. With only a short amount of time to close she ensured us that she was going to get us there and that we were in good hands. She was right.
