This provider failed to send in my medication refill. I had to contact the facility two times. This was my first time dealing with this company and provider. I am changing to a new provider. I will see how she does. Horrible customer service. Bottom Line.
Monika has provided excellent care to me. We work together on my medication management and she is always a good, empathetic listener who takes the time to hear me out and help me make informed choices about medication.
