Therapy with Monique through Lifestance since August 2025 has been a great experience for me. I was recommended to lifestance from a co-worker. I have been in and out of therapy with different therapists at many times in my life and for me, this has been best experience with that. I also have to credit the intake person who heard me and matched me with Monique based on issues I was facing and location to my home.
