Knowledgeable, friendly, professional.
Monkey Wrench Repair did a great job replacing our control board and knob on the dryer. The owner (Nate) is very professional and nice. When I had questions he is very nice by explaining and /or showing what he was doing and why. I would truly call upon them again for our appliance repairs. I am so glad to get my dryer working again. Nate did a great job!! Oh yes I did hug my dryer after he finished - no laundry mat!!! The Charles
Nate was our technician and he was fantastic. He diagnosed and resolved our ice maker issues within minutes. Very knowledgeable and great personality. DJ was great to work with in scheduling our appointment as well. I will definitely be returning for future appliance repair needs.
Nate, the owner, came with Kody, his employee. They were professional, curteous, responsive and reliable. They set up the new gas stove and removed the old one. They answered all my questions.
