Buyer Beware. We would have given a glowing review four months ago. However management raised our rates 60% after three months. That borders on unethical. Nothing in our contract stated that we were receiving an introductory rate. We made a point to ask that and to ask about rate increases before we signed. Verbally, we were told that any increases would be a few $. Unfortunately, management has put the rental agent in a tough spot.
Beware: Mold was covering our items within two months of storage. We did purchase insurance at the time of moving items into the facility. After discovering the mold, we provided all items asked by management. Pictures were provided of the day we moved in along with the day we moved out. Management even noted humidity issues with in the climate control facility. They also took pictures of the day we moved out of the mold.
