We love monster storage!! Shout out to Victoria for being so helpful everytime we came in. We came to monster to get a unit to store our stuff while we were moving to Charlotte until we were able to get the rest of it. The process was incredibly easy and fast and we never once worried about it while being 6 hours away. The price was much better than public storage and to be honest much nicer. Can't recommend enough!
I have driven by this location for several months as it was being constructed. As it neared completion I assumed their rates would be really high. Yesterday when I needed an additional 10x30 storage building I dropped by and checked in with Victoria and Amber. Not only were they extremely nice and helpful, but the pricing was less than I'm accustomed to paying. Convenient ,safe location, brand new building , nice folks, great rates. How could you say no ?
The staff is very friendly. They keep the place clean and tidy. They are willing to work with you. It's been a great help during this time in my life
The two ladies at the East Brainerd Monster Self Storage are fantastic! Extremely helpful, caring, answered all questions, and I’m looking forward to moving my things in there this coming Monday. The facility is nice, clean, lighted& has security cameras. Also, climate controlled & is inside. Hopefully, the rent will stay the same & not go up!! I would recommend this facility for your storage needs.
