The two ladies at the East Brainerd Monster Self Storage are fantastic! Extremely helpful, caring, answered all questions, and I’m looking forward to moving my things in there this coming Monday. The facility is nice, clean, lighted& has security cameras. Also, climate controlled & is inside. Hopefully, the rent will stay the same & not go up!! I would recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Move in was easy. They have a new and clean facility. The staff is friendly. Be mindful, the truck offer is not free, even though it is advertised as such. It is offered at a greatly reduced rate and still a value to you.
Wow! Monster storage is amazing. Clean, and they have everything you need to make moving less painful. Friendly staff and even a great box truck to use while you have a unit. All around great experience. ☺️
