Intake Specialist This Storage Facility was an AWESOME experience for me. I enjoyed meeting the Manager Patrick Martens. He was helpful and informative. Even with the new changes to the Facility (under construction). Patrick was a great host. I would recommend this Facility, especially for those who belive and bide by the laws of the Land. Taken into consideration this facility is under construction I was a little surprised that I had never noticed this storage facility. It was older looking but it was obvious they were remodeling. After sitting down with a gentleman who worked for Monster Storage, not only was I relieved and reassured that things were getting upgraded and it would be much better then before. Customer Service was EXCELLENT, and I am excited to see the end result. Great attitudes and atmosphere.
