It started back in January when I rented a climate controlled unit. The rate was good and I know many companies will do just an introductory rate, so I asked the gentleman at the counter why the rates were so good and he responded with. “We’re just trying to get them rented. We don’t want them empty.” That would’ve been the perfect opportunity to let me know that was only a temporary rate. None of that was said. Moving is always stressful for me. Mr Jeff made the process of getting me squared away with storage very very easy! It’s hard to find good genuine people who manage establishments, but I can say I’d go through this process at this location over and over again! This monster location will always have my business. Even aside from being very professional the encounter I had was pleasant all around! Thanks again Jeff!!!
The employee Jeffrey, was super great and explained things and terms very well. When he showed me the unit he took time To blow the leaves out. Very clean and well kept property and super nice.
The manager Jeffrey was absolutely great.... showed me my unit, waited until I finished my check-in online.. went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of!!
