Last year I required the removal of two molars that had a large last abscess beneath them. This was absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. "All" the staff were wonderful. Dr Wallis is exceptional and has truly hired equally exceptional staff.
Previous visits have been amazing. This last one was anything but. Everything up until the visit was great. I have to be given sedation for multiple issues. This time I guess sedation was risky it's understandable they stopped sedation what is not ok or understandable is they should have stopped the procedure but instead of stopping he kept going ignoring my request to stop. I’m having a great experience with Montana Oral Surgery. I was kindly greeted by staff upon entering the facility and was ushered to get my x-rays within minutes. I’m getting dentures and march 11 is when the procedure will be performed. I’m also going to get the implants later this year and will be returning to Mt Oral Surgery. I’m confident and happy with this team.
The entire staff was very kind and comforting! As someone who’s never had any type of medical procedure, I went in very nervous. They did everything to make me feel better and be a bit more at ease. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was a quick and painless day. They even called the next morning to check in to see how I was doing. Would absolutely recommend!
All the workers were super nice and try to make me as comfortable as possible and told me if I had any questions not to be afraid to ask. I was really scared and nervous for it because I had never had anesthesia before or surgery. So I didnt know what to expect. They asked me very simple and important questions that I could answer very easily. Over all I was really happy with my experience
