Cozy Place with Good Management I recently just moved into this apartment complex and it has been everything I'd hoped for. Coming straight out of college, I didn't want to pay too much for rent, but I needed to be metro accessible for work. This was the perfect complex. Out of the ones I visited in Silver Spring, this was the cheapest with the largest space.
