I have been getting all my dental work done at Montgomery Dental Loft for the last 4 years. I am very happy with the work and treatment options Dr Deepa provides. Dr Deepa is very professional, very understanding and does not oversell her services. She is always patient centric and keeps the best interest of patients in mind. The facility at Montgomery Groove is very clean and welcoming. All other staff are friendly. Great experience overall. I strongly recommend Dr Deepa.
Recently moved to the area and staffing going to Montgomery Dental Loft for my regular cleanings. They're wonderful! I'm never waiting long to be seen. I appreciate the hygienist always takes a thoughtful approach, walking you through all options and considerations before going straight to drilling or larger invasive procedures.
Had a very good experience at Montgomery Dental Loft. Dr. Deepa is not only very professional but also an amazingly friendly person who helps put you at ease (something most of us need when visiting the dentist). Also, Jenny at the front desk is very helpful with regular follow ups, which made the visit easier!
Very friendly and professional staff. Katherine is super nice! Dr Rao is incredibly nice and caring; I was so nervous and yet she was patient with me and talked to me during the whole procedure to calm me down. I felt all the way through that I was in very good hands. I did not realize I was dealing with such an unprofessional practice. I had a 5:00 PM appointment scheduled for 12/31/2025. When I arrived at 4:45 PM, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because they were unable to verify my insurance. The office did not have the courtesy to contact me to clarify any insurance details or even notify me that my appointment had been canceled.
