Very friendly and professional staff. Katherine is super nice! Dr Rao is incredibly nice and caring; I was so nervous and yet she was patient with me and talked to me during the whole procedure to calm me down. I felt all the way through that I was in very good hands. She did not try to push procedures that I didn’t need which proves that she is a conscious professional, not one trying to make money unfairly. I highly recommend her practice to everyone. Dr.Deepa is simply amazing! I recently got my deep cleaning and root canal done here and I must say the overall process was simply great and most importantly it was pain free. Dr Deepa ensured to keep me updated throughout the process and kept me comfortable while running through a 1.5 hr process. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for Dental treatments.

I did not realize I was dealing with such an unprofessional practice. I had a 5:00 PM appointment scheduled for 12/31/2025. When I arrived at 4:45 PM, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled because they were unable to verify my insurance. The office did not have the courtesy to contact me to clarify any insurance details or even notify me that my appointment had been canceled. Wonderful experience with Montgomery Dental Loft. Dr Deepa carefully understands the problem area, is extremely gentle, and explains all treatment options clearly, which makes the whole visit stress-free! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Definately recommend this office.

Had a very good experience at Montgomery Dental Loft. Dr. Deepa is not only very professional but also an amazingly friendly person who helps put you at ease (something most of us need when visiting the dentist). Also, Jenny at the front desk is very helpful with regular follow ups, which made the visit easier!
