The staff and the dentists are very friendly and make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. They keep you informed and up to date for your visits and treatments. You are in good hands with them.
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist because people there always make me feel like I'm being judged but the staff here made me feel more like I belonged there. Thank you to everyone that helped me that day. I would absolutely refer friends and family to you all.
I didn’t feel like going to the dentist the day of my cleaning appointment. From the moment I was greeted by my hygienist things began to look up. Turned out that my gum was inflamed, was causing sensitivity and once it was cleaned I felt immediate relief. In reviewing my X-rays my dentist identified some other work is needed that will alleviate other sensitivity I am having. I am so impressed!!! I had a bad experience with a previous dentist and was very nervous going in for 4 fillings, especially for the numbing shot. When I tell you I didn’t even feel a thing, I mean it! Not even the tiniest pinch from the needle! They were able to get me numbed and the fillings done in 30 minutes. I am so beyond impressed and glad to be going to Monticello. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone. Thank you Monticello! :)
Thank you to Dr. Monticciolo and the entire team for the outstanding sedation dental treatment experience. There's NO way I would have gotten the breadth of needed work done without this team. 3 hours and I was out and don't remember a thing. They are very capable, efficient, and caring, and I trust them. I'm only sad that it took this long to find them. Now that I have, I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
