Get directionsMy adult son received excellent care. He said the staff was kind, caring and very helpful. I APPRECIATE the concern expressed by dr busnello and others.
Worst place I've been to and care quality is sooo trash except for this one Puerto Rican girl and one with a hijab I think they were nice they the ones in the kids floor
This is the worst hospital ever--the staff is incredibly rude and ignorant, the kids are aggressive and really problematic, it's not a healthy hospital for kids dealing with trauma--they also don't give toiletries, clothes, or anything else--kids are sent to walk around without socks, and they send you to your room where you have to sit for hours--which is neither helpful nor healthy--and the food is so bad that the kids end up puking--they even use the towel that they let you use to dry yourself after the shower to clean up... read more

They would just give her a certain dose no matter what she was eating. They also were giving her food and beverages that she was told to avoid as a newly diagnosed diabetic. My daughter was exposed to things that no young teen should... read more

When I brought this up with their doctor (who'd given her approval for the items), she apologized and said that's unfortunately an ongoing problem at this facility. I also mentioned this to other staff multiple times, to no avail. Each time I visited, my child both appeared and smelled as if they hadn't bathed, and were wearing the same clothes they'd been wearing the previous visit. ... read more
