The young man on the phone was very courteous and helpful.
Seamless this far. However, there has been no follow up nor have I been contacted by the trucker. The pick up date is February and I like to know who the driver is and what his/her means of conveyance is. In short, I want to hear from the driver and see the enclosed trailer well in advance of him/her arriving.
My pick up is next week and I have had no communications whatsoever yet
