1) My vehicle was picked up and delivered in good order and without damage. 2) I don't like the uncertainty of Montway stated 5-7 day pickup commitment. If you desire to be there for pickup (or delivery), it makes travel planning very challenged. 3) I would have preferred daily text messages on pickup date status/outlook once my scheduled vehicle pickup entered the 7 day pickup window.
