Overall it was good experience but there was some phone transfers to get to the right person to talk too. Everything was handle well after.
Great service
customer service has been friendly. After calling the center to provide the required information to secure the order, i received several urgent emails requesting the same information. This was confusing and I didn't know if the info I had provided the representative over the phone had been relayed to the system. I was also surprised to be charged with an extra and separate $100 above the quoted amount, in order to secure a driver. I thought the rate i was quoted on Uship would be the final price.
