Most importantly, the car arrived in good shape. However, the car arrived one day late and the driver didn't answer his/her phone on the scheduled day of delivery. I don't know if this was due to the driver not answering or if the phone number given (by the online chat support team) was inaccurate. On the scheduled day of delivery, I contacted the online chat support team to find out where the car was but they didn't know which was very concerning.
