Customer service has been great!! They’ve worked with me and have addressed all of my concerns.
The only negative is that your live chat agents and website should make it very clear whether you would like an exact date, which makes a HUGE difference to a consumer.
Website is easy to use and the cost is inexpensive in comparison to competitors.Our driver, Joseph, was thorough in communication and contact. He provided considerable updates and was able to adjust, flex and provide quick expedient delivery. Really appreciate Joseph's professionalism and his partner James thorough support. Absolute stellar team and appreciated their customer service.
