Very convenient
The pickup window was 5 days and they did not deliver door to door even though stated as such. the amount that could be loaded seemed very different from others who packed the car from bottom to top with no apparent extra $.

So far, I have scheduled a pick up with Giovanny, through this email, he is very courteous and professional. Speaks so clearly he makes communications easy to comprehend in this unfamiliar and unknown event. He answer all my questions patiently. I give him six stars out of five.
The car was delivered in record fast time on exactly the date that was requested to NOT be delivered on due to the final destination person being out of town for the holidays. The driver arrived at both points at hours that greatly inconvenienced the two end contacts and late in the evening at dark. The pick up host had to had to help driver reload the other vehicles to situate the desoto, so that it would fit- ( barely) with pictures showing the rear wheels with rubber over the end of the track.
