So far, the process has been easy. I'll let you know once the car is shipped and delivered :) Car was delivered in perfect condition. The only little thing was the driver changing times of delivery a couple of times. He wanted to deliver at 10 pm, my sister did not want to take delivery when she couldn't see the car and so late. Then delivery was set up for the next day, but times changed a couple of times. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and would recommend this company.
