The ordering process is simple. Montway had the best quote with the best rating. The initial contact with the driver and pickup was very good. The driver was very upfront about the timeframe for delivery providing details about his stops along the way. He was responsive during the first few days as he traveled across the country providing updates. However, the day before he had said the car would be delivered he stopped responding.
