Booking my shipment online was quick and easy. I had received a prior quote several weeks ago but the car sale didn't go through so I didn't end up using Montway's services. However, Montway's quote last time was quite a bit lower than what I received from their competitors. This time I'm not even bothering to contact anyone else.

Nice to have live chat for scheduling pick up! That part was easy. Delivery was slightly more complicated as the driver had some tire issues of his own and then apparently "timed out". Fortunately he and my car were nearby so I got a ride to where he was and took delivery of the car instead of waiting a bit longer for such. He was apologetic but no offer was made to compensate me for my inconvenience and time to drive out to where he was instead of having the car brought to me.
